Spruce Street Harbor Park is a premier and seasoned location for warm weather festivals and gatherings along the Delaware River Waterfront. It’s shape creates a community feel with a stage, bar and restrooms. There is sunny and shady areas with seating available. In the future, the festival will be hosted in the large green-space park that the venue is making over I-95.
